Today we visited Claude Monet’s home in Giverny, Normandy.

For lunch we had a huge four-plate meal staring with a tomato-basil mousse with scallions, followed by smoke salmon on polenta with a green salad and a wasabi cream, served with a Reisling.
The main dish was roasted chicken with vegetables served with some red wine, and for dessert we ate a chocolate mousse cake with a lady-finger crust
